Goal: Identify a policy, practice, assignment, or other condition at your school site which raises questions around globalization and colonization and discuss with a colleague or other stakeholder.

Use the following questions to guide your conversation

How does this policy, practice, etc provide opportunities for developing global competency?
What are the weak points that may lead to further harm caused by colonial and imperial mindsets?
Who is making decisions about this policy, practice. etc? Who needs to be included?
How aware are learners about these issues? What are they expecting from their educators and institutions of education in regards to these issues?
